Our Humble Beginning

Founded by Radhamohan Jamnalal Lakhotia by the name Vishnu Securities Pvt Ltd. on October 4, 1993, our company has a rich history of growth and diversification. Initially, we specialised in Project Finance and Financial Consultancy, establishing a solid foundation and earning the trust of our clients with our expert financial advisory, consultations and solutions.

Through The Years

1993

Inception, focusing on Project Finance and Financial Consultancy.

2002

Expanded into the Capital Markets, leveraging our financial expertise to make strategic investments.

2003

Diversified into the Retail sector, specifically in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), bringing quality products to our customers.

2008

Entered the Real Estate market, broadening our portfolio with strategic property investments.

2018

In order to reflect the company’s presence in multiple segments, the name of the company was changed to Lakhotia Multi Business Pvt Ltd in March 2018.

Adapting To Change

The Covid-19 pandemic brought unprecedented challenges, leading us to make significant changes to our business operations:

We discontinued our Project Finance and Financial Consultancy services to streamline our focus.

Our FMCG retail business was phased out post-pandemic, and the properties previously used for retail operations were transitioned to a Leave & License model.

Current Focus

Today, our company is dedicated to two core areas: Investments in Capital Markets and Real Estate Development.

Capital Markets: We continue to build on our long-standing expertise in financial investments, identifying and capitalising on market opportunities to maximise returns.

Real Estate Development: Our real estate ventures are geared towards innovative and sustainable development projects, contributing to the growth and modernization of the communities we serve.
